Davita Inc.

Tenant representation for more than 900 locations across 19 states in a 3 year timeframe. Negotiated 115 new and relocated facilities and 214 lease renewals and expansions for a total of 1.9 million sf with a savings on renewals of $3.7 million.

Delta Air Lines

Secured an Atlanta national headquarters for their new venture – Worldspan, LP, with successful completion of a 165,000 sf sublease at the Atlanta Galleria. The assignment expanded to include an additional 230,000 sf lease expansion and eventually a 400,000 sf direct lease with the landlord over a 14 year timeframe.

Located and negotiated more than 580,000 sf for Worldspan, LP’s 14 marketing offices in 8 cities, including the Atlanta headquarters, representing more than $100 million in lease value.

Fulfilled Delta Air Lines’ national off-airport lease requirements (i.e. marketing, ticketing, reservations and storage).

Coordinated the strategic master plan to relocate Delta’s headquarters. Negotiated with 90 separate home owners for the purchase of their properties.

Contracted to manage lease disposition of 71 identified marketing offices nationwide and in London.

Sold a 30-acre Greenbrier Reservation Center, 260,000 sf of unoccupied buildings for $4,500,000 .

Digital Insurance, Inc.

Negotiated multiple leases from an initial 900 sf company inception office to 50,000 sf, incorporating 3 re-locations and 5 lease transactions.

LSG Sky Chefs

Mitigated lease liabilities on 18 locations for LSG Sky Chefs, resulting in a savings of more than $22 million.

SCIS (subsidiary of LSG Sky Chefs). Negotiated 80,000 sf office lease in Chicago.
